I'm Evan Prout. I write about how organizations think, and help the ones that have adopted AI make better decisions with it, not just faster ones.

I've spent more than ten years across UX and UI design, front-end development and creative leadership, and I now bring all of it to strategy.

I started paying attention to how my own thinking changed depending on how I used AI. Some days it exposed a hole in my reasoning; other days it let me skip the reasoning altogether. Same tool, different me. Organizations have the same split, only it compounds across every decision they make.
